Step by step


On this occasion, we will be assembling a Short Block Komatsu SA6D107 Cummins QSB6.7 compatible with Komatsu, Hyster, Kalmar and Sennebogen industrial machinery. To do so, we have used the parts below:


Esta vez vamos a montar un Bloque Corto Komatsu SA6D107 Cummins QSB6.7 compatible con máquinas Komatsu, Hyster, Kalmar y Sennebogen. Para ello, hemos utilizado las piezas que aparecen abajo:

First, we assemble the piston pin into the piston with the connecting rod and the retainers, then, we add the ring sets.


En primer lugar, montamos el bulón en el pistón con la biela y los retenedores y, a continuación, le añadimos los segmentos.



Next step, to assemble the cooling nozzles and the main bearings into the short block.


Siguiente paso, montamos los directores de aceite y casquillos de bancada en el bloque.




Later, we insert the crankshaft in the block and once placed, the main cap supports are assembled and the main caps are tightened.


Luego introducimos el cigüeñal en el bloque y una vez colocado, se ponen los soportes y se aprietan las bancadas.





After, we place the bearings in the connecting rods and we insert them in the short block.


Después, ponemos los casquillos en las bielas y metemos los pistones en el bloque.




The last step is to tighten the connecting rods using a digital goniometer.


El último paso es apretar las bielas con la ayuda de un goniómetro digital.
