  1. Our official brand is GMotors.

  2. Original or aftermarket parts?All our spare parts are OEM... but,trust us... after 30 years in the industry, visiting factories around the world, we've selected the best suppliers!

  3. What warranty do the short blocks/engines have?These items are sold "as is," with no remaining warranty coverage.The repair shop responsible for the installation must ensure that all operating and maintenance requirements are met in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. 

  4. Engines, long and short blocks, parts handling? The warranty will automatically become void if the supplied products—particularly the short blocks, long blocks, and engines—are operated outside the parameters recommended by the manufacturer or if the oil and fuel specified in the technical manuals provided by the manufacturer are not used. Additionally, any unauthorized modification to the short blocks, long blocks, engines, or their components will void the warranty. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper use in accordance with the specifications.

  5. Are valve seals included in gasket sets? You can find out whether valve seals are included in the item descriptions.

  6. Is the head gasket included in the gasket sets?It is included in the upper gasket set.

  7. Engine torque specifications?Information provided for orders meeting a minimum quantity requirement.

  8. How do I confirm a quote? When you receive a quote, you'll find two links at the bottom: one for payment and another to confirm the quote.

  9. Where is the tracking number?When the goods leave our facility, you'll receive a shipping notification along with the tracking number. (The invoice with the tracking number is also sent the following day.)

  10. Factory shipment (upon payment)?Until we receive your confirmation and payment, we cannot finalize the order with the supplier. Additionally, depending on the circumstances, they may or may not ship it from the factory. (Reasons beyond GMotors' control)

  11. Cash payments for engines and short blocks, even with an account?Engines and short blocks must be paid for at the time of reservation, in accordance with our company policy.

  12. Disassembly: What is included in a short block and a long block? Inour product description, you will find detailed information about what is included in a short block and a long block.

  13. Where are the bank details? You'll find them at the bottom of our website by clicking on the payment link.
