Terms and conditions
Orders:
- Quotations validity. Offers are valid for 15 days. GMotors reserves the right to modify the prices of the quotations, after their issuance. For orders under €200, a €50 surcharge will be applied for handling and packaging.
- Confirmation. By any legal method or by signing and stamping the quotation, depending on other forms of payment agreed with the client, by sending an email to gm@gmotors.es. Preferably from the link attached to the quotation.
- Order Cancellation Fees: All orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Delivery time. They are indicative, depending on the availability of our suppliers and the transit times provided by the transport companies. Should that information be inaccurate we will not be held responsible for those inaccuracies and should you want to cancel your order, you will accrue restocking fees as well as freight charges if applicable.
- Freight charges and shipping: Our policy is to avoid profiting from freight charges. If we provide a freight quote, it’s because you requested expedited delivery, and the fees reflect the costs we incur, which are passed directly to you. Please note that once an order is placed and shipped, you remain responsible for the freight charges, even if the order is subsequently canceled.
- By placing an order, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
Payment:
- Payment method. All orders will be prepaid, unless other specific terms are agreed upon between the customer and GMotors.
- Non-payment. The failure to pay all or part of an invoice when it is due will result in the accrual of default interests, computed from the day following the one agreed for payment, according to Law 3/2004 of December 29. In addition, it may also lead to the advancement of the rest of pending maturities and the immediate enforceability of all debt. All spare parts supplied are considered property of GMotors, until payment is completed, and may be withdrawn from the customer at our request.
Refunds:
- Once the spare parts or engines have been sent from our warehouse, returns of any kind will not be accepted. In the exceptional case of processing a return, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
Warranty:
- All spare parts or engines will be guaranteed by the company/workshop that installs them.
- If a part fails and you suspect the issue is due to a defect, you must obtain a warranty claim authorization from GMotors. Please note that any parts returned without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
Data protection & Jurisdiction:
- GMotors engages to comply with the LO 15/199 of data protection of personal character and its regulations of development, RD 1720/2007. In case of dispute, the parties will submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.
Use of Trademarks:
- All trademarks mentioned on this website, including product names and logos, are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive purposes.
